Every membership begins with a 60-minute initial evaluation. The evaluation is also available on its own, without a membership. To continue care afterward — follow-up visits, prescription management, and ongoing support — patients join one of the membership plans below.

TERMS

Membership terms

Cancellation

Membership may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Unused visits do not roll over to the next month.

Insurance and reimbursement

We do not participate in insurance plans. Superbills are provided on request for out-of-network claims.

Emergencies

This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
