Initial evaluation
A 60-minute telehealth evaluation with your clinician, followed by a written treatment plan.

Ongoing membership
Choose the tier that fits, with follow-up visits and direct access between them.

Common questions
Do you accept insurance?
No. We provide superbills for out-of-network claims.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
Case by case, in accordance with New York and federal telehealth regulations.
Can I be seen in person?
Yes, by arrangement at 220 Fifth Avenue, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
Do you offer therapy?
We focus on medication management and coordinate closely with your therapist.
Who is not a fit?
We do not provide emergency or crisis services, court-ordered evaluations, or care for children under 18.
Do I need to purchase a membership?
No. You can book a standalone 60-minute initial evaluation ($650) and decide afterward. Follow-up visits without a membership are $395.
