Choose a tier that fits your needs. Every membership includes direct access to your clinician and thoughtful, evidence-based care. Not ready for a membership? You can begin with a standalone 60-minute initial evaluation and decide afterward.
Unused visits do not roll over. Membership may be cancelled with 30 days notice. We do not participate in insurance; superbills provided on request.

THE PRACTICE
Fifth Avenue, when you want to be seen in person.
Most members meet with their clinician by secure video. When an in-person visit is preferred, we see patients on the 11th floor of 220 Fifth Avenue, in the landmark Croisic Building at Madison Square Park, steps from the 23rd Street subway.
